Description: |
NGC7008, also known as Fetus nebula, is a planetary nebula in the constellation of Cygnus. Its diameter is about half a light-year, the distance from Earth about 1200 light-years. Nebulae like the NGC 7008 form at the end of the lifetime of sun-like stars, when they push off their bloated hulls and white dwarfs remain. |
