Description:

SH2-129 and Outters4 are located in about 4 degrees distance to the well known nebula IC196 in the constellation of Cepheus. The distance to Earth is about 2300 light years. SH2-129 is surrounded by a loose aggregation of bright stars ilumminating  the nebula with their UV radiation.

Outters 4, also called Squid Nebula due to his shape is apparently a bipolar planetary nebula created by a triple star system.  Consistent with that scenario, Ou4 would represent a spectacular outflow driven by HR8119, a triple system of hot, massive stars seen near the center of the nebula. If so, the truly giant Squid Nebula would physically be nearly 50 light-years across.
